Air Force fighter pilot flies one more time with Army paratrooper son.

I connected with his son when I met this pilot.

The spotlight of the reading (and this painting) overwhelmed me with their military service. The paratrooper showed me their time in the air together, flying a mission as father and son.

He showed me the depth of his love for his father and let me feel the joy of their life’s service and how it extends beyond active duty days.

He confirmed in so many ways that even though he departed so young, he was still active in his dad’s life.

The love between this father and son was palpable and totally unconditional, and the legacy of his life and their bond will live forever.
